Live Pricing · Updated August 20, 2026
Real asking prices from the live YATCO MLS, plus something no listing shows: confirmed sold prices from the closings of a broker who spent seven years inside the builder.
The Price List
Asking bands below come from live listings, refreshed weekly. The sold prices are Greg Gaus's own closed transactions.
Two closed-sale anchors put the asking bands in context: a 2020 Westport 125 closed at $19,000,000 in May 2026, and the 164' Westport Boardwalk closed at $26,000,000 - both Greg's own transactions. Sold prices are the half of the market that never shows in listings, and they are what separates a broker's valuation from a guess.

Common Questions
As of August 2026 on the live YATCO MLS: Westport 112s ask $2,625,000 to $6,495,000 depending on year, 130s ask $8,450,000 to $15,900,000, and the one late-model 125 listed asks $17,900,000. New-construction 117s and 135s are quoted by the yard. Live listings on this site refresh weekly.
Asking is not sold. Two confirmed data points from Greg Gaus's own closings: a 2020 Westport 125 closed at $19,000,000 in May 2026, and the 164' Westport Boardwalk closed at $26,000,000. That closed-sale knowledge - which never appears in listings - is exactly what his valuation and offer advice is built on.
The 112 carries the widest band: five boats spanning 1999 to 2011 and $2.6M to $6.5M. Within that band, engine hours, refit history and cosmetic condition decide everything - which is why two same-year 112s can honestly ask millions apart.
The asking bands are computed from live YATCO MLS listings, refreshed weekly on this site's Westport hub. The sold prices are Greg's own closings. He spent seven years selling Westports inside the builder - no one on the brokerage side knows this line's pricing better.
